Kathy Keene
CSP, ABR
Kathy Keene currently resides in Virginia Beach, VA. She has been a dedicated member of the real estate industry since 2001. After graduating with a degree in Small Business Management, Kathy went on to work at a top accounting firm. But while purchasing a new home, she found herself deeply involved in the process, and knew instantly she wanted to get involved in real estate.
Kathy started out by focusing on resale in the Richmond area, but when she returned to Hampton Roads, she immediately focused her attention on new homes. Kathy quickly became the #1 online sales agent for a national builder.
Since then, she has had the privilege of working with several local builders and created a solid reputation as the go-to broker for new home sales. In addition to her passion for new homes, Kathy excels at creating visionary goals for real estate firms. While working for a local builder, she was solely responsible for developing and managing an all-inclusive sale team. During her time there, Kathy was able to mentor new agents— something she has been excited about since teaching computer classes to agents years ago.
Now, Kathy has decided to develop a project of her own, so that she can provide the highest quality service to her own clients. In addition to a passion for real estate, Kathy has a love for the beach, music and arts, traveling and time with loved ones.
Wyndy Woods
Wyndy Woods currently resides in Norfolk, VA. Wyndy is passionate about real estate.
As a law enforcement professional for 19 years, Wyndy was trained to be an advocate for victims of crime. Now, Wyndy applies that training to be an advocate for her buyers and sellers, helping them to achieve their real estate goals. Wyndy is making a second career out of real estate because she believes that there is “no better way to live this life than to get paid for something you love”.
She developed her passion for real estate through investing and house flipping, brining with her invaluable first-hand experience. Wyndy prides herself and is committed to results by providing the highest quality of customer service for her clients. In her own words; "I will not stop working diligently until the deal is done and all parties involved are happy."
In addition to her love of the real estate industry, Wyndy enjoys traveling, the ocean, and spending time with her family and loved ones. She also loves golf and cooks often.
Abi Rhoden
Abi Rhoden recently came on board as the Sales and Marketing Coordinator, which was the perfect blend of her two passions—marketing and real estate.
Abi is a recent graduate from Ohio State University, and is excited to be back in the Tidewater area. Though she just graduated in June, Abi brings with her a wealth of experience through internships and other experiences outside of the classroom, which have prepared her to succeed in the industry.
Abi cultivated her passion for real estate marketing during an internship with a local builder and sales team. With the help of Kathy Keene and the marketing coordinator, Abi gained valuable experience and a drive to pursue the same work for her career. She looks forward to continuing to develop her skills and has set her sights on becoming the best real estate marketer in Hampton Roads.
When she’s not developing innovative marketing strategies, Abi enjoys boating, fishing, spending time at the beach and, of course, Buckeye football!
